IT Glue Announces Integration with LabTech

IT Glue™ announced its integration with LabTech by ConnectWise, one of the fastest growing Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms in the Managed Service Providers (MSP) industry.
Labtech + IT Glue: Better together
With the IT Glue integration LabTech customers will be able to leverage available near real-time information, including CPU, memory and disk, to enhance their network documentation directly within IT Glue. This allows information to be easily linked with other structural and procedural documentation within IT Glue. It can optionally be overlaid with the content of a Professional Service Automation (PSA) tool, such as ConnectWise. Most importantly, thought there is no longer a requirement for a PSA tool to take full advantage of IT Glue’s documentation platform.
