IT Glue Announces Integration with Warranty Master

IT Glue™ is pleased to announce integration with Warranty Master™. Warranty Master is a tool to help MSPs manage warranties for their clients, adding value to the MSP service offering.
Warranty Master connects with one or more data sources, and provides your MSP with a system to manage warranty expirations. It takes data from any one of a number of leading PSA and RMM platforms, queries the vendors for accurate warranty information, and then inputs the warranty information into IT Glue. This way, warranty information stored in IT Glue is kept up to date. The integration with Warranty Master will allow partners with access to the notifications feature to receive alerts about upcoming warranty expirations, allowing for proactive management of these expirations.
Warranty Master integration adds new functionality to IT Glue, a service enhancement that they can offer to their partners. By constantly adding new features and enhancements, IT Glue continually offers more sources of competitive advantage to its partners.
David Southborough, Product Manager at Warranty Master, had this to say about the integration. “We are very excited to release this long-anticipated integration to IT Glue. Our mutual partners will now be able to manage warranty information for all assets in IT Glue seamlessly within Warranty Master, with or without a PSA or RMM tool in place.”
Warranty Master integration is live now, and is available on all plan levels. Warranty Master will not be counted as a “data source” for the purposes of plan pricing.
