IT Glue and Autotask Endpoint Management Integration

We are excited to announce the IT Glue™ and Autotask® Endpoint Management (AEM) integration is now available. With this integration you can now sync all your AEM data simply and easily into IT Glue.
Easy and direct access makes life simple
Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT Service Providers (ITSPs) are now able to use the near real-time updates available in Autotask Endpoint Management (AEM) as an accurate and reliable source for details of their supported endpoints in IT Glue.
Those currently storing asset information as configurations in a Professional Services Automation tool (PSA), will also be very happy to hear about this integration. The integration not only brings this information directly from AEM into IT Glue, but also brings additional asset information including CPU, memory and disk usage.
Integrating with AEM will provide a number of benefits:
- rich configuration data including: CPU, memory, disk usage, last reboot etc
- near real-time information that’s always accurate
- eliminates the need to enter configuration data manually, simply bulk create
- minimize downtime by reducing the time it takes to troubleshoot problems
- enhanced team performance by having even more data in one place
About AEM
Autotask Endpoint Management (AEM) allows you to monitor your customers’ networks and computers remotely and proactively through two separate applications. The AEM Web Portal is a cloud-based browser application that lets you manage any number of devices (“endpoints”) for multiple customers across multiple operating systems. The AEM Agent is a lightweight software program that is installed on all managed devices that support agent installation. It also acts as a go-between for network devices.
