First Class Design Thanks To A First Class MSP

One of the big focuses here at IT Glue™ for 2016,  is taking our awesome platform to the next level in terms of usability, because design matters. It is with great pleasure that we recently added to the team. Guramrit (Amrit) Singh, as our UI/UX Design Lead. Amrit has extensive experience in User Experience and continues to pass on this experience and passion for design as an Instructor at the Red Academy.

When Amrit wanted to start talking to partners about their experience and perceptions of our user interface we had to look no further than one of our founding partners and local neighbors, Nucleus Networks. Located in the heart of Gastown, Vancouver, Nucleus Network is a mature MSP with over 30 staff. Having been with us as an alpha partner since the very launch of IT Glue, they have seen the product evolve over the last few years.

Karl Fulljames, VP of Operations at Nucleus Networks, kindly gave up his morning to give feedback on behalf of his team around some of the useability enhancements they would like to see as we continue to develop the product through the remainder of 2016 and beyond.

In coming weeks we have more interviews lined up with partners from all corners of the world, using both the Autotask and ConnectWise PSA platforms and those using many of the RMM’s we are soon to integrate with.
