Feature Release: Manufacturer & Device Type in Network Glue

Network Glue is designed to provide complete and comprehensive visibility into your clients’ networks, and it just got even more powerful.

Building on Network Glue’s automated network diagramming documentation, this new feature, the manufacturer and device type of network devices will be automatically detected and further enrich IT Glue Configuration.

With the updated information, you are also able to see an enriched diagram with additional network device icon types being displayed on the network diagram, including access point, firewall, load balancer, modem, security, storage, and VoIP. This visual enables easy pinpointing for a specific device during troubleshooting.
