IT Glue™ and Continuum® recently conducted a Freeing Minds™ webinar on “Releasing your Wasted Potential”. In this webinar, Chris Day, the CEO of IT Glue, discusses how he was able to build his MSP into a $10m company, growing out to 60 employees. To do so, he had to crack the code to scalability.
The key, as he describes, is to reduce waste — in particular, waste associated with his employees looking for information. By reducing this time, he was able to reduce the onboarding time for both new employees and for new partners. The result of reduced waste was not only a rapidly-growing MSP but one that increased its margins to go along with that revenue growth.
