About the presenters
Tony Mehner has been a Training and Implementation Specialist with Tigerpaw for the past 8 years. Prior to joining Tigerpaw, Tony was an Admin and Marketing Manager for the Digital Defense Group, who used Tigerpaw to manage their customer base. Tony holds a BSBA degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a major in Marketing and minor in Accounting.
Jeff Dryall is a dynamic, results-oriented professional with almost 20 years experience in international B2B and multi-channel business development and marketing, specializing in the IT SMB channel community. Having held top sales specialist and sales engineer roles at Level Platforms/AVG for over 8 years, he helped to build out the MSP market in its early days. Jeff started his career in computer retail before moving on to Merisel and later Net Integration Technologies prior to its acquisition by IBM. His lengthy career in the IT industry allowed him to grow into a well-known technology advocate within the SMB channel space. Jeff recently joined the IT Glue as Channel Development Executive.
