Industry certifications are critical tools for conveying excellence to your clients. So why not hit the ground running in Phoenix with a pair of certifications to showcase your depth of knowledge? The afternoon before Day 1 of GlueX, we have two sessions that you won’t want to miss. We are offering a new IT Glue certification, and ID Agent is presenting a certification course on the Fundamentals of a Core Security Program. Both are very much worth your while.
IT Glue Certified Professional: Admin Level 2
This is IT Glue’s inaugural level 2 certification program. With even the most fundamental working knowledge of IT Glue’s features, the application can provide massive benefits to your MSP and your clients. But aren’t you curious what could be possible if you had a deeper level of expertise? In this structured two-hour session you’ll learn advanced material related to: hierarchy of access control, checklists, flags and workflows, and look at building out advanced flexible assets that you haven’t thought about before.
Following a brief exam, you’ll gain the designation of a Certified Professional: Admin Level 2. This is a brand new certification that we are introducing at GlueX and you’ll be among the first to earn it.
Recommended Prerequisites:
Manager or Admin access to IT Glue
3+ months IT Glue experience
Completion of the “Getting Started” courses in the IT Glue Academy
ID Agent: The Fundamentals of a Core Security Program
With the evolving threat landscape, criminals are using increasingly sophisticated technology and attack methods, and it is more important than ever that security starts with the fundamentals. In this certification class taught by ID Agent Senior Threat Analyst, Duncan Miller, attendees will learn the fundamentals for offering an effective core security program—from passwords to dark web monitoring to security training. After passing a brief exam at the end of the class, attendees will be issued a Level 1 MSP Security Certification.
